HIGH-LEVEL REQUIReMENTS
All leaders are asked to make a commitment to the following requirements:
- Attend church on a regular basis and be accountable for emotional and spiritual health.
- Maintain healthy relationships with one’s family, spouse, and peers.
- Be available to serve within one’s giftedness and passion.
- Make scheduled team meetings and training events a high priority.

COHORT LEARNING
| The group dynamics of both men and women creates a learning environment where leaders can discuss and seek feedback for their personal pathway into more effective ministry. We focuses on 8 different Ministry Modules, each specifically designed to prepare individuals for Kingdom impact. |

ACADEMIC OPTIONS
| Leaders are encouraged to pursue a broader understanding of God and faith by pursuing classes through an existing formal education institution. Education grants are awarded to approved leaders who choose to seek a ministry degree in a Bible College of their choice. |
